Renee Bellew, LICSW PIP
Founder & Owner
I received a double major from Jacksonville State University in Psychology & Criminal Justice.
Then, received a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama. I have experience working with families, children, individuals, inmates, & substance abuse. I have been trained in EMDR, one of the most researched methods of contemporary psychotherapy. EMDR therapy has shown to be effective in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am also a member of American Association of Christian Counselors. Most recently, I have completed YogaFaith teacher training, to help individuals with breathing, relaxation, & overall health. I am registered as a YogaFaith Trainer, registered with Christian Yoga Association & Yoga Alliance. With a belief that there are multiple
ways of being healthy; services provided include: mental health counseling, semi-private YogaFaith classes, the sale of pure & potent Shaklee Vitamins, & Young Living Essential Oils.

Grace Counseling and Services, LLC looks to provide services treating consumers with dignity and respect. Each person deserves to be treated with respect regardless of circumstance. Often times when someone enters counseling they have some uncertainties in life. Grace Counseling and Services, LLC does not want to add to any uncertainties, but wants to treat each consumer with the highest respect and provide them with services that they are certainly proud of.
Grace Counseling and Services, LLC wants to consider each area of a person: mind, spirt, emotions, and physical health (body).

Some things to consider when making an appointment:
Ages seen at Grace Counseling & Services, LLC
All ages are seen at Grace Counseling & Services, LLC. However, any child under the age of 5 will be reviewed for services on a case by case.
Length and frequency of appointments:
Depending on needs and situations; appointments can be scheduled for 30 minutes up to 55 minutes and can be scheduled once a month up to several times a week. First appointment is always scheduled for 60 minutes.
Payment options:
Most insurances accepted. Cash, Check, Debit, or Credit: Apple Pay, VISA, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. Payment is due at time of service.

- Writing treatment plans with goals and objectives and working with the consumer to help him/her to meet their goals

- Working with referring consumers to other agencies in the community: nursing home placement, rehab, medical treatment, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, housing, domestic violence, Patient Assistant Programs, Department of Human Resources, and guardianship
- Providing diagnosis education, medication education, and working with consumers on building their support system
- Conducting mental health testing
- Geriatric Depression Scale
- SLUMS Examination
- Providing consults with consumers physician/psychiatrist
